We are Airworks Inflatables, the world’s leading inflatable design and production company for the entertainment industry. From legendary rock tours and global festivals to opera, theater, Olympic ceremonies, and theme parks—our work is seen by millions around the world. 

We’re expanding our Design Department and looking for passionate professionals to join our team in Amsterdam. If you’re driven by creativity, precision, and the thrill of live entertainment, we want to hear from you. 

Position: TECHNICAL 3D Artist

Do you love solving complex design challenges in 3D? This role focuses on creating the intricate patterns that form our inflatable masterpieces—some with thousands of unique fabric pieces. It’s a creative engineering position where physics, precision, and imagination meet. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Design inflatable patterns in Cinema4D with a deep understanding of material behavior. 

  • Engineer solutions that balance aesthetics, structure, and manufacturability. 

  • Work closely with our fabrication team to bring designs to life. 

  • Innovate new techniques for inflatable construction. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Background in industrial design, architecture, or mechanical engineering. 

  • Strong 3D modeling skills and understanding of geometry and physics. 

  • Experience with pattern-making or structural design. 

  • Interest in entertainment and live production is a big plus. 

  • Full-time in-house availability
